My crest (previously purchased from an Etsy seller) had some design issues that made it hard to cutout and Laura reached out quickly to let me know and even sent back my design with circles showing where it was not connected properly.
She and her design team were able to fix it (saving me from having to purchase another monogram design to use) and shipped it SO fast! Item was packed so well and it's perfect!!
It turned out amazing and looked even more perfect than I imagined! We also got the cake topper version of this and it was stunning together! Highly recommend!
