What if my item gets lost in the mail or is delayed in shipping?

We do our best to complete your order and ship your item(s) within 72 hours. Once your item leaves our shipping station, we are no longer responsible for it. If we could hand deliver all of our orders - we would! We DO NOT REFUND for lost or delayed mail items. Thanks for understanding!
